Just installed script tools it is what I have been looking for, have not tried it yet but will let you know how I get on with it.

Found it the same time as Rough draft and Script Maker spent 3 hours reading about the three of them yours was easy to understand and install the main thing was it works with word so I don't have to learn another software.
